Bush visits S.A, says rescue plan will take some time

President Bush said Monday "it's going to take awhile" for the government's $700 billion financial rescue plan to bolster the troubled U.S. economy. Bush was in town for a fundraiser and to award a San Antonio woman an award for her volunteer work.
